In this video, we showcase the different training modes available with the HandTasker Pro, allowing you to get a better understanding of the functions and capabilities of our innovation.
The active training mode is able to detect the user's hand movement intention by reading and analyzing the myoelectric signals from the forearm extensor (ED) and flexor(FD) muscles of the user's affected limb, thus instructing Hopebotics HandTasker respond accordingly.
In the passive training mode, the Hopebotics HandTasker will automatically open and close for a fixed number of times. This mode is recommended when the user is tired or the muscle signal is weak, as training helps reduce stiffness in the hand joints and soothes the hand muscles.
Under manual control, users can manually control the Hopebotics HandTasker through the buttons. For example, when the user is ready to rasp an object, the "Open" button can be selected to open the Hopebotics HandTaske. Subsequent selection of the "Close" button will close the HandTasker, allowing the user to grasp the object.
